The Importance of Pilots
I think one of the ways to create that safety, though, is to do more pilots. You know, before you jump into bed with a new vendor or a new service provider, let's test if this will work effectively as anticipated in my context. And I think that makes a lot of sense for many organizations. If you're asking me to put my money where my mouth is, maybe you'll meet me halfway. That's the sign of a good partner for me.
