What's the Neocortex of the Human Homo Sapiens Body?

The muscles of the human homo sapiens body are roughly the same as a chimpanzee's. But we also have something that chimpanzees don't have, which is called the neocortex. This part of the brain does systematic thinking step by step stuff that we do. It puts the brakes on the emotional system and the body's strength. So what happens is the sudden emotion turns off the neocortex - it throws the switch and releases the strength you innately have.
