The Importance of Rhythmic Movement in Athletic Performance
The inability to effectively maintain that musical tempo when you're listening to music can carry over into other areas so I think that's maybe like a good cue for athletes. My husband and I are big music fans and John is like really he's he practices way more than I but it's funny to learn from him because he can hear like the snare drum and like other aspects of the beat that I have to work harder to pick up on. It has no doubt and you will improve that brain function being able to isolate specific components in in music.
