How Does the Body Build Muscle?
The body builds muscle several different ways, because muscle is very responsive. The amount of energy we eat in our diet is also important. We have to eat enough calories to really build muscle. Muscle responds to all those sort of different stimuli or conditions that they are exposed to. And then most importantly, muscle, just like our bone, responds a lot to the loading conditions that we put it under.
