How Long Do You Hold Your Breath?

You will feel a pressure where you I say you get to a point of the feeling state of absolutely needing to take a breath. The body does that on purpose because it goes back to breathing. It can cause a little dizziness or disorientation, for some that is a wave kind of dissipating in the reorientation of the body. You could do that holding your breath to account of 10 if you want if someone wanted a marker for it. But everyone's a little different on different days, depending on your lung capacity and lots of other things.
