High Intensity Interval Training

In most cases, a little bit of cardio or endurance training is unlikely to have a catastrophic effect on your strength gains. It's even less likely when it comes to body composition hypertrophy. My favorite hit protocols that i like to do are sprint interval training and high intensity interval training. But if you're trying to add in endurance type exercise to cultivate a specific physiological capacity,  a completely different answer would be needed.
