The One Argument for Outsourcing Your BDR
Once you get to that critical mass of six kind of reps, it's hard to justify having an SDR manager for one rep. You want to amortize the cost of that manager over a number of reps. Anybody that was all star on our SDR team turned out to be an all star on the AAT team. It's like buying skis going to the hill in your jeans in the middle of winter and not taking lessons.
