Phil Ance: I'm embedded into kind of project, like Colazia, when the project starts. And it's to kind of embed yourself into the strategy level of what is the bank trying to do rather than we've decided what we're doing. So my job is to make sure that we have the right mix of skills in order to be able to fulfill the demand.
