Light therapy or also called phototherapy. You're getting yourself a full spectrum bulb that mimics sunlight so that you can get, your body gets what it needs in terms of light exposure to generate those rain chemicals. Another term for these are happy lights. A couple of the ones that I like and I think I suggest you check out is called a wake up light. It potentially can set your circadian rhythms as you're getting access to basically mimicking the sun coming up.
