Test it out for yourself. Okay, that's all well and good. What if you just don't have access to sunlight? If you're in a colder climate and you're especially going into winter, you're just not going to get enough sunlight. So enter light therapy or also called phototherapy. Basically what that is is you're getting yourself a full spectrum bulb that mimics sunlight so that you can get, your body gets what it needs in terms of light exposure to do what it needs to do to generate those rain chemicals. So another term for these are happy lights. If you go on Amazon, you look a happy light, you'll see a bunch of different form factors of full spectrum lighting and they've really improved. I like the, a lot of them now look like a tablet or like an iPad. And what's nice about that is you can man it on the wall. You can place it somewhere where you're naturally going to be working so that you don't have to just stop your whole life and sit in front of it for 15 minutes. You can place it somewhere where you're working so you just get access to that lighting so that it's supporting your mood, supporting your brain chemistry. A couple of the ones that I like and I think I suggest you check out. One of them is called a wake up light. And basically this is a time, time or set light that you set the time you want to wake up and then it basically mimics the sun coming up. So it slowly increases in intensity as you wake up. And I think as it continues, you start to hear like bird sounds and things like that. It's a natural way for you to wake up in the morning. And it's also very good for your circadian rhythms. It potentially can set your circadian rhythms as you're getting access to basically mimicking the sun coming up. So definitely check that one out. That's by Phillips. That's the brand. But there's a number of other brands that make similar versions of that. Also just to go back to the light panels. There's quite a few of them out there. I know one of the brands that's been around for a long time is Verilux, V-E-R-I-L-U-X. They've been around for a long time. And what you want to do is basically look into these. They're not that expensive.
