The Misalignment of the Broker Ecosystem in the UK

I think there's a huge misalignment and incentives between what these main street brokers are charging sellers, and mainly a retainer rather than a success fee. I don't think even one came close to any two heads of terms or LOI, whatever you want to call it. Unless you're willing to pay six times plus on a sub 1 million e-bitter business, with top three customers account for 70% of sales, you know, so not the most low risk business. Then you may want to reconsider your approach.
