Are You Focusing on the 80 %?

Don't focus on what could be and lose sight of what is. Don't diversify to nurture the 80 %. Don't change your operations based on them. And don't train your employees based on what they need. If you are a generalist, you will risk losing sight of your 20%. You'll risk neglecting the customers who pay your bills. So as you scale further, your employees will be spread too thin.
