In service design you've got a lot of people who could be considered customers, right? We've got end users which in UX we get. Employees, yeah. Like you've got employees who could be end users in some cases or you can have agents who are working in a system that customers also see. So I think there's a holy trifecta of like a persona archetype, how that persona or archetype group is visualized via their journey. And then that top part of the journey goes to the feeds into and is a part of the blueprint, right?
