Is There a Benefit to Fasting?
As long as fasting is working for you and you're not getting stuck, then you don't need to take that one day. But even once you get it for 30 or 40, I would not do oh man, unless you're seeking to lose weight. And then the other point I want to point out because a lot of people are worried about muscle breakdown. So remember, when you're fasting, you're going without food. But then once you open up that eating window eat, this is not a time to not eat. It's a time to nourish yourself.
