I don't know if you're going to be able to solve this conundrum for me, but when we spoke the first time a month ago, i mentioned to you conflict resolution and my interest in it. You said, well, i think conflict resolution needs you more than you need it. And that left me hanging as to what you meant by that. If you are focusing on people understanding one another, that's going to be a lot more fruitful than somebody developing some interventiona or therapeutic morality for intervention. Theres got a lot of reasons for that. I'm going t be given a talk to the fog about it. An enables people jus to take responsibilities for their own situation
