i do a mixture of weided workouts, yes. On my previous ap there was waited workouts. The way i'm doing this ap,. i'm starting with two body weight work two body weight programms and it's kind of progressive. So the weeks move on through different skills, like, just like your push ups, and working through different variations of push up or lunges and squats. Yet, just progressing to different variations as we go and help people build that strength, that base strength, first before we load anything.
