How to Meditate When You're Stuck
If you're really anxious, then meditating is hard. You need to go into that, I think, recognizing that it's a long term journey. Breathing practices are the quickest way to drop out of your head and into your body. Compassion practices can be really useful. And then there's sleep practices obviously that will help you just calm down.
