The Power of Focus
Focus is the ability to do whatever you're doing and do it without thinking about future past be there. And that's what I think meditation is one of the smartest tool to practice to be in the present moment. One of the things we recorded early on in the app is a series on focus. So when you catch your mind wandering, you actually give it a smile. You're giving it up, you know, positive reinforcement saying, look, I'm kind of bringing you back at this moment. This is probably if you'll ever do a pomade or anything like that - just measure how many times you got distracted by something else.
