In your book, you say it's really how efficiently you sleep. Sleep efficiency is very simple: It's the amount of time you spend in bed versus the amount oftime you spend actually sleeping. You want to be able to fall asleep fairly quickly and then wake up feeling like you've got a sufficient amount of sleep. Do not get caught up in the numbers, because that, in itself, can create somne up.
