"I decided that was going to be one of the last gits instructions I made because I've made so many of the years like just so many. And I just wanted to like distill the essence of like these important things that I learned over this lifetime of jiu jitsu right like and it's kind of a play play on words," he said. "There are seasons where you're young and strong and flexible and your body bounces back and you can train to or even three times a day six days a week, but then there's a season where you're getting older and you can't train like that" He also showed how technical components of his game has evolved over the years
