Sally Kohn: The most common thing I see in successful companies is how much customer discovery they did. She says the process of building a company starts with high level questions, like what are your pain points around looking for jobs or on the other side when it comes to hiring managers. After you get answers nine out of 10 times, you can probably be pretty sure thatlike you have a pretty good sense of what that is., she says.
