I've been I've been training myself 36 years but training others full time professionally for 26 and you know just thousands of different people from all walks of life so when you read that study that might say six sets of 10 is the optimal way to build muscle, then my brain automatically says no it's not right. But regardless guys like you and me and our colleagues are going to keep doing what we know you know works which is treating each person as an individual.
