The Importance of Protein in Muscle Protein Synthesis

There may be an upper limit on how much muscle protein synthesis you can have happen from one meal, but it's still going to be utilized in some fashion. So I think we said two hours it so when we say meals between two hours, that's because is it is it because it takes two hours for that protein synthesis to complete in our body before it's ready to do it again. Right. It doesn't just doesn't you just don't pee it out. You don't waste. The extra protein is not wasted. There's other things your body does with it.
