I would not judge intermittent fasting on what happens in the first month to your body. Just based on this wasn't like men apostle women who are sedentary. This was like f young, healthy people. There was one really interesting finding, they actually found lower blood sugar levels during the second half of the day in the one meal per day group. And it just seemes that there's a lot that our bodies have to go through as we're adapting.
