The Rules Committee's Discussion on the Ban List

I don't think you should need some like steadiness, which the balance of the two is of course. The goal being to have the ban list still remains small, but to have more of a willingness to like Try. I do think there is something to be said for the experience of a new player at an LGS versus someone who is like notable either from the world of like content creation or design or being on the RC or the CAG.
