The Jones Road CX team has gone from just being customer support to taking that information and synthesizing it into actually what can we deliver for the customer. The idea started way before me, but now they're able to use like a, you know, analytics tool to track LTV of customers tagged, first customers not tagged. Something that traditionally wouldn't be scaled because it's too expensive is now a potential huge revenue driver and brand builder for us. And I think it's just being open to understanding that a CX team can be a massive money driver and also being open to taking the chance is what I went from this.
