Is There a Generational Shift?
I think it's actually going to be better for businesses and customers when we get through it. I think a whole new generation of technology will make it extremely fast so you'll have like immediate answers from bots. The quality and experience will improve because of the speed, then it'll just be cheaper. And so like reduced costs, it means they can serve more customers with fewer people.
