I feel most people are in this constant state of I'm working on this but I'm also trying to do that and they essentially spin their wheels yeah or the reason I started writing them out every seven days was I would hear people say this and I was saying it as well. When you start to actually write it out you'll see like are you really always working on your handstand did you work on it once this week? And then you can create adjustments that way because I remember I used to be like I work on my middle splits all the time and then when I started writing it down I was like I did it twice this month of course I didn't improve so that's great.
