The Advantages of Strength Training

I've always felt that there's like marks at strength never weakness and I think no matter What your endeavor is you know, certainly athletically, but just in life in general You know, it was funny two years ago. I did some crazy dieting. I got all the way down to 204 pounds And I felt like death. It took me three months get back up to 260 because I just ate everything in the house. But now we see a lot of older athletes doing strength training and staying pretty damn strong  and I think that's that's great.
