The Benefits of Design Thinking
Design sprints are a terrific example of work you can be doing inside a sprint that's not writing code. A design sprint allows you to build shared understanding, to do some research and align the team in a particular direction. And then based on what you've learned, to then decide what you'll execute next. That's scrum. That's agility. It's sprints, retrospectives, and then of course iteration planning in an agile way.
