Is Delegation Good for Your Business?
You have to be a massive fan of delegation. Otherwise you can't grow for the sake of the company. Not being a micro manager, people will stuff up. They won't do stuff as good as you. There's heaps of people out there that are way better than you. But those little jobs, way better. And I reckon probably most of our team is better at me in all of those aspects. That's what I want. So that's all I look for. It's excellent.
