Just moving facial muscles can change internal chemistry, levels of testasteron and all the some of these adrina cortical harmons. And so for me, the mind is the body. You can work from the inside out, orou work fom the outside end. We're vibratory, oscillatory. Every cell in our body has its own energy production plants called the minochondria. They produce the energy that makes everything happen. That then opens the door to purpose and spirituality and all wa who do you want to be alive? Love that.
