The Benefits of Cycling on and Off Creatine

Once creatine is saturated in your muscle, it actually takes about four to six weeks to return back to baseline. So that's why some people will cycle on and off creatine. And again, if you just have more energy within your muscles over a longer period of time, that could be a benefit as well. But we really don't know if cycling on and off creatine is just as good compared to taking it every single day.
