Most of the time that comes down to like aerobic capacity, strength and then some power development. People were like, Oh, no, check this thing out on Instagram. But they've taken up the entire gym floor space to make an Instagram video. And I'm like, bro, you play volleyball, like just go play volleyball or basketball,. Some do some cross training. Also you're not strong enough yet. also we can improve your power production via actual in the gym training but instead you spent 30 minutes setting up this obstacle course for the cloud.
