I just, as a child, i just knew that getting high was cool. It was cool because you had a group of friends, or it was cool because it took away the pain,. Or both. Having some connection with a group was a really crucial part. And at the time, i think i was just really dying to belong to a group of people and i could find it in this group of people. I didn't under and of course, at that time, that it was a way of escape.
