I think the first thing is to either acknowledge or accept that this is a reality of the world. There are early adopters who might have different buying criteria, evaluation criteria than the later adopters. And so I think just being able to acknowledge where do we feel like we are on this curve and are we entering a phase where we're now targeting a new prospect or a segment of the market? If you have growth goals, you may not get as much value by talking to the existing customer base because you need to look at who's in the pipeline and what are they thinking about that's where the growth is going to come from.
