Do You Have Any Advice for Programming to Increase Push-Ups?
I've lost over 140 pounds from my heaviest oh over the past year with diet walks runs and kettlebell swings. My goal is to be a police officer although I failed my agility test for the agility test he's able to run in a lot of time but struggling with push-ups six months ago. He can comfortably do five or six and around 50 on a max effort test and you do 40 for the testEverything I read about increasing push-up numbers basically boils down to do more push-ups. For someone who struggles to even it can do a few do you have any advice for programming to increase push-up?
