Make your customer the hero. The role you play in the story is the guide to get them to be like Yoda and win the day. I worked with the Orange County Children's Hospital, which was a quote unquote small business because they're kind of their big branding. They used it in all recruitment and it did such amazing things, not only from a row of the hospital staff, but for recruitment and bringing other doctors in. And that's just so easy to see very quickly how changing from making the story about quote unquote yourself to make the story about your audience and their story.
