How Did You Find the Old Recipes?
There's a lot of emotion for me for Fujiya. Growing up, my grandmother worked for this company called Shirkio. So every time I would bite into a piece of Senbe or bite into a mochi, it would remind me of that childhood moment sitting at the dining table and their tiny apartment. It evokes a lot of emotions. And I think that's what it does for a lot of people that come in. They remember that. That's my story.
