And I think that TSS and whatnot makes sense if we're talking about relatively steady workload at a base zone, maybe a tempo zone. But it begins to fall apart when you go out and do the world's hardest quote unquote VO2 max workout. It's a TSS of 35 and it feels like you didn't do anything. You should have been a recovery ride, but you're dead or a sprint interval workout or whatever it is. We don't have
