It's more about the Delta than the peak in the valley. The highest point doesn't matter, it's the distance between the two points. So if you're a keto person and you don't ingest like a lot of like starches or I don't really know what their deal is, but let's say it starches and sounds right. And then you ingest some of that all of a sudden, like you're on the shelf for three weeks and it's like, oh, my stomach's really been going through. It's just a very counterproductive narrative.
