How Do You Optimize for the Right Thing?

A lot of people get caught up in this competitive mind stettner, they're trying to win the wrong race. I think we want to make sure when we do go couchd to five k, or couch to half marathon, or couch ant marathon, we've got to do it in a really slow and sustained way. And then i would say, for a lot of people, for me, on the nutrition front, i think where we go wrong is, it's great that energy expenditure goes up with training. For amerithons, we're doing more activity, which is tremendous for health, because, again, one's o two max isn't an obic marker.
