Gues' mam is a therapist. She would give him books on meditation, but also put no pressure on us to do any of it. Now as an adult, i really feel the benefit of it. I love ating. Some days it's really hard for to clear my mind. Other days it feels very easy and simple,. But about a few times a week i'm able to do it, and i do feel the difference in it...
