The Midwest Weather Podcast - Part 2

The weather in the midwest doesn't know whether it wants to be fall or winter. i started doing this, but i haven't closed any of those yet, so i don't really have much to report on that one. If you're for the listeners here, if you haven't listen to the last episode, what i'm getting at there is that we talked about how if you write down what you expect and how you plan for a project to end,  you can learn an awful lot about yourself and how you operate and how you think. So that's the idea behind what i'm doing.
