The Importance of Leg Extension

In the early days, I didn't even have a consideration for the back leg before I really understood exercise mechanics. Jimbo means rec feme in that thing. So it's got a few considerations down there around leg extension and training more mid to short position. If we actually look at a split squat, we're getting a loading through both legs.
