How to Put Things Into Perspective, to Help With Anxiety

Anxious thoughts happen almost subconsciously, and they're kind of in the back of your head. If you can learn how to take these anxious thoughts, bring them to the forefront of your head, put them into perspective, you can help less in your anxiety. But it's just about teaching yourself how to do it. The first thing that i try to do, especially if i'm by myself, is to close my eyes and remind myself of these four things.
