Product of Strategy

In early on, before i meantto wet to this stage, i made a couple of m hiring mista whats. Put it that way, i underestimated how much technical knowledge is necessary in order to actually do the job that we have. I didn't have any type of technical working sessions inside of our recruiting process. And i hired a couple of people that weren't capable of doing the job. That hurts when you got three people and one of them people can't do their job. It's wust interesting, in hindsight, to look back at it.
