Everyone thought that the murger would be a good idea, right? Because if you combine the sprint and the next tell networks, you have a bigger network. And then presumably everyone was banking on this to raise shareholder returns exactly. So customer service started declining, so customers began to leave. Ho had revenues coming down. But it all comes back to the merger, because you're suca y merging too completely different worlds cultures. Ah, exactly. It's the how things get it's the human embodiment of your brand. With this murger of equals, everyone still identified and thought of themselves as either a sprint person or an extel person. No one that i met identified as a sprint
