Am. M eats a high unsaturated fat, relatively low fibre or just moderate fibre. I eat around 18, 20 grams of fibre per day, which is probably merish the national average,. But not quite as high as the recommendations for male of 35 grams of fibre am. M would say mediterranean now using like, lots of olive oil and fish for his own reasons. It works well for me to kind of take a more conservative approach until we have more data. And i do feel like showing people who might be quito sceptic that you can do this in a way that is complimentary to what your doctor might think is healthy is quite productive.
