Is There Demand for Developing Your Own Team?

I've had a couple of conversations, but they didn't convert into a actual paying engagement. It certainly makes sense financially if you could develop your own team in a place where you can pay people a nice salary for them that isn't painful to you. Why would they want that versus staff auger like an agency or something? Well, the typical reasons you have a greater sense of mission and it'll just feel like one team rather than different people from different things somehow working together. And the costs are also lower.
