Is There a Need for You to Get Some Help With Grief or PTSD?

There is a need for you to get some help with processing All the trauma that you've been through and the thing about present day trauma is it picks up any trauma from our past. So I don't know if before 2020 in your childhood before that If there was anything else that was pretty traumatic survivable but pretty traumatic that you haven't really processed that you couldn't push down anymore because so much stuff also got stacked on top of it. And something like a really good EMDR therapist would be great. It seemed like that resonated with you Am I correct about that?
